Huawei Mate 10 Pro is a new high-end phone from Huawei! It comes both with amazing design and high-end specs. Let’s have a look at the specs.
Main specs: 6.0” Display with 1080×2160 resolution, 20MP Camera + 2160p video, 6GB of RAM, Kirin 970 Chipset, 4000mAh Battery, 7.9mm Thickness, Android 8.0 Oreo, 128GB of Storage, Mali-G71 MP12 GPU and Octa-core processor 4×2.4GHz Cortex A73 cores and 4×1.8GHz Cortex A53 cores.
The main camera is a Dual variant: 20MP + 12MP with f/1.6 and OIS, 2x lossless zoom, leica optics, phase detection and autofocus. Front facing camera is 8MP with f/2.0.
The phone comes in at around a price of 800 euro which is way better than Galaxy Note 8 and iPhone X 1000 euro starting price. I also love how this phone has more interesting colours: Midnight Blue, Titanium Gray, Mocha Brown and Pink Gold. It feels like they tried to switch things up a bit.
Also what’s interesting here is that with Mate 10 Pro you get fingerprint sensor on the back. With Mate 9 Pro you got fingerprint sensor in a home button on the front side. I actually prefer the back side because it’s easier to reach. But if you still want a home button with fingerprint sensor then you can buy the standard Mate 10.
This phone also comes with IP67 certification so it will be water resistant and have protection against dust. You don’t get Bluetooth 5.0 on this phone which is a little sad. You also don’t have card expand option which is bad. The user interface is latest EMUI 8.0 on top of Android.
The phone does charge fast with 4000mAh Battery it can charge 58% in just 30 minutes! One annoying thing could be is how they removed the 3.5mm audio jack. The pixels per inch is also smaller than what you get in regular Mate 10.

LEAGOO S8 Pro is another cool device that looks very identical to the Galaxy S8 on the front side. Compared to the standard LEAGOO S8 this one has a different camera design and some higher improved specs. Let’s take a closer look at what’s inside this beauty!
Main specs: 5.99 Inch SHARP FHD+ Display with 403ppi, 6GB of RAM, 64GB Internal storage, Helio P25 Chipset, 2.6GHz Octa-core processor, 4G Connectivity, Unstoppable full screen design, Glossy back and Curved body.
LEAGOO S8 Pro also features dual camera OV 13MP + 5MP. The battery is a little lower just 3050mAh. But you get quick-charge on-board. The front and rear cameras are both from Samsung which you know produce quality hardware.
The rear dual camera will be great if you like shooting in low-light. It has a large F2.0 aperture that let’s in 20% more light than F2.2. This will make so you get better depth of field, faster focus and more clarity. The pixel size is 1.12um.
It only takes 30 minutes to quick charge the device to last for a normal 1 day use. The OS being used is LEAGOO OS 4.0 based on latest Android 7.0 Nougat. I love how you can expand the storage up to huge 256GB! It comes with the powerful Mali-T880MP2 GPU clocked at 900MHz.
Another thing I enjoy with S8 Pro is the 3.5mm earphone port. The fingerprint ID is on the back of the phone at the center with 360 degree identification and 508DPI. Pretty slim phone 7.9mm thickness and 157 grams weight. But it may become a fingerprint magnet on the back!
Do you like this phone or do you feel something is missing? It’s available in two colours blue and black. It feels a bit like this phone is a combined ASUS ZenFone 3 + Galaxy S8! I like it.

Headset’s is something it feels like you have to replace every year. They seem to break a bit too often. It probably has a lot to do with our sloppyness when it comes to taking care of our technology. This is a gaming headset called Elite Pro from Turtle Beach. It’s designed for gamers when they play in tournaments.
But it also will work with Xbox One, PS4, PC and mobile gaming. It’s in orange and black colour. It has something they call ComforTec Fit System to get a perfect adjustable fit on your head.
Also if you wear glasses they have something called ProSpecs Glasses Relief System that makes it more comfortable because of pressure-relieving technology. Hopefully it will work as expected!
In Elite Pro headset you get a professional quality mic with TruSpeak Technology, you also get 50mm Nanoclear speakers to hear your team mates better. This eSpots audio tuning you get is something many other headsets doesn’t offer you. Because it’s a niche market.
You get Aerofit Ear Cushions that should be pro at blocking out external noise and improve the bass you hear. While also be very comfortable. This headset reminds me a bit about Sennheisers G4ME ONE.
Currently I am using my BOSE QuietComfort 25 and really loving them. But if I was a gamer I would probably go with something like this instead. But I am bad at gaming! But if I ever become a gamer I probably will test the Elite Pro out!
I like how they seem to have put a lot of heart and research into this headset to really develop something that’s proper. I also like how it’s not too expensive as BOSE or Sennheiser.
It also looks very stylish with a cool edgy design. The good thing here is how they have asked pro gamers if they liked the headset and they did. And that they also tested other headsets on the market.
