The Nintendo Switch Epic Package!

I have been talking a lot about various gaming systems. Especially about the future of gaming which will be more virtual reality. I have been using the HTC Vive a lot and it’s headset is truly amazing! I have also been writing about the PlayStation VR Experience and Oculus Rift Experience.

But consoles are still very popular! And Nintendo have their latest Switch console out for people who doesn’t wanna go full VR just yet. So now it’s time to talk about the Epic Nintendo Switch Package!

This Nintendo Switch bundle contains 7 items. First the Nintendo Switch Console with 32GB of internal storage, Red and Blue colours, 64GB Micro SD Card, Joy-Con (L/R) Controllers in Gray Colour and then the games: 1-2-Switch, Just Dance 2017, The Legend of Zelda and Super Bomberman R!

I remember when I bought my first handheld console. It was 2007 and I bought the Nintendo DS Lite with the game Final Fantasy 3. Good amazing times! This console also gives you a bit of a handheld feel with the new Joy-Con controllers that you get.

This Nintendo Switch Package is powered by NVIDIA Tegra processor, 802.11ac wireless connection, on the Joy-Con controller you can capture gameplay screenshots, it also features a gyroscope and accelerometer, HD Rumble realistic vibrations and an IR Motion Camera!

For me I get very excited hearing about these new controllers. It sounds a bit like the two controllers that you get with the HTC Vive. It really provides you with a fun experience!

I may in the future do a console comparison. Xbox One vs. PS4 vs. Nintendo Switch. To see who is the one who comes out on top. It’s also will be interesting to see if Microsoft’s future Xbox maybe named Xbox Two will features Microsofts HoloLens technology? I sure hope so! Overall I really like this Nintendo package.

Nintendo sort of failed with their new Super Mario Run game on iOS and Android lots of bad ratings. But I hope they improve in the future to get less negative reviews. What do you think about this Switch Package?

Look at This Cool PlayStation VR Bundle!

In the last blog post I showed you an epic Oculus Rift bundle starter pack. Well there is also another VR pack that you can argue is even more insane. This pack comes with 8 VR discs! It’s called the PlayStation VR Deluxe Bundle!

First it comes packed with Sony’s latest console PlayStation 4 Pro, 1TB storage, VR headset, processor unit, VR connection cable, HDMI cable, USB cable, stereo headphones, AC power cord, AC adapter, VR demo disc, PlayStation Camera, Two PlayStation Move motion controllers and 8 different VR discs!

The games in this VR Deluxe Bundle package are: PSVR Until Dawn: Rush of Blood, PSVR EVE: Valkyrie, PSVR Battlezone, Batman: Arkham VR, PSVR DriveClub, RIGS Mechanized Combat League with VR support and Resident Evil 7: Bioshazard with VR support. I guess that’s 7 games and one VR demo disc!

Both the VR headset and the PlayStation Camera needs to get plugged into the PS4. The VR headset uses an OLED 1080p 5.7″ display running at 120 frames per second.

I really enjoy the creativity they have done with the PlayStation Move controllers. They have round balls on them at the top. It’s a different design to the design you get on HTC Vive controllers. I am curious which one that feels the best. I may buy the Sony VR headset because clearly VR is the future of gaming!

It will also be interesting to see if VR will become popular in other areas than just gaming. The problem these days is that VR headsets are pretty bulky and you need to set it up for some time before you can use it.

I’m curious if the time will come when it’s super easy and light weight to use. Kind of like Google Glass. We all know Google Glass failed for the moment. But maybe with VR advancement we can see some exciting new development in the future.

Microsoft is also trying with their HoloLens technology to create a mixed reality technology. It will be interesting to see the future in this niche! What do you think about this VR Deluxe PlayStation Bundle?
