BlackBerry Motion New Smartphone!

BlackBerry Motion is a new beautiful smartphone. It doesn’t come with a Blackberry QWERTY keyboard that we have seen in the past. But it does feature a home button.

Main specs: 5.5 inch Display, Android 7.1 Nougat, Snapdragon 625 Chipset, Octa-core Processor clocked at 2.0GHz, 4GB of RAM, 32GB Internal storage, Dual Cameras, OTG, Fingerprint reader, 1920×1080 pixels screen, Adreno 506 GPU, TF card up to 2TB and 4G speeds!

What is super impressive about this phone is the 2TB TF card extend support. Another good thing is dual camera and fingerprint reader. Two big trends that we have been seeing in 2017. I wish it came with an all-screen display as well. They are a bit behind Xiaomi, Samsung and Apple in that regard. Sony is also like Blackberry behind. But Sony will release a high-end phone 2018 with bezel less display. And the new Nokia brand will hopefully release all screen no bezel type display in 2019 with a new Nokia 9.

Another thing with this phone is how it’s running on Android instead of Blackberry’s own operating system. Just as HMD Global with Nokia brand more companies realize that if they want to compete they will have to go with Android and not their own operating system.

This phone cost the price of around the same as you can get Samsung Galaxy A5 2017 for. I only wish it also had water resistance. I really hope they will upgrade it to Android 8.0 Oreo in the future. Which is currently the latest version of Android OS.

This is also a Dual SIM Dual Standby smartphone. The SIM card size is nano and you also get a 3.5mm audio jack. I’m happy they haven’t removed that option like Apple did with the iPhone X. In terms of camera you first on back get a 12.0MP variant and on the front you get an 8.0MP camera.

BlackBerry KEYone Fashion Sleek Unique Smartphone!

BlackBerry KEYone is a cool BlackBerry phone with a QWERTY keyboard in a small form factor. The trend these days with modern phones have started to be to just have a display on the front side. And now most phone companies are even removing the home button! This is where KEYone could be nice with it’s compact keyboard on the front. It adds a unique style that will stand out.

Specs: Android 7.1, Snapdragon 625, 4GB of RAM, 64GB Internal storage, Octa-core processor clocked at 2.0GHz, Adreno 506 GPU, TF card up to 2TB?! (Might be a troll / mistake in specs), Single Nano SIM Card, 12.0MP AF rear-facing camera and 8.0MP front camera.

The screen on BlackBerry KEYone is only 4.5” in size which is very welcoming, with an awkward 1620×1080 resolution. The good thing here is that many people that want small screens have few options these days. This is one of those options. The battery on the inside packs 3505 mAh. It’s also non-removable. I really wish fewer companies did that so it would be easier to replace a faulty battery.

I like how big the rear camera is and that it’s located in the top left corner. It doesn’t seem to protrude like iPhone 7 Plus camera. The back look doesn’t have annoying glass like many other phones these days. But it comes with a more carbon fiber look material.

Something that also can be good to say here about BlackBerry KEYone is that it’s not running on BlackBerry’s own operating system as many of their phones do. But this is one of their experimental phones where they try the Android OS some more. But if you want the full blackberry phone experience then you need to have a phone that packs BlackBerry OS!

The price is also great on this device around half the price of an iPhone X. And you will truly stand out with sleek fashionable mobile design.
