Technology has speeded up our life in terms of how much easier it is to make a living. The good thing about this is that we don’t have to speed ourself up. We let technology do all the fast things in life at the same time we slow down our own life outside of technology. When you slow yourself down you don’t do stuff out of reaction. But you do things because you wanna do them and you are aware of it at the same time. You are not running on autopilot.
Walk 3 times slower. Do things 3x slower. Even though you do things slower you actually do them faster because you actually do what the situation demands. You can’t compete with the speed of technology so why even try. You dive into acceptance when you do slower. You feel more capable. And you feel joy in what you are doing. Outsource your speed needs to computers. Now you get the best of the two sides and you become mega powerful.
Time fades away when you do things the slower way. So it doesn’t really matter what you do. Look at what’s needed to be done with a distance from your body and mind. And you see and do it without label the current experience. Joy is being created inside of your body you have full control over that. Can you feel joy for something you do super fast? It becomes harder. But slowing down and you can truly feel the joyful experience of being alive
I’m looking for a way in life when I can walk around in the world and do all my work with just my mind. So that my work get read from my thoughts and shipped away to a website automatic. Right now the closest I get is software that listens to my voice and turns it into text automatically.
But eventually I want to have a mind reader. Or a way to scan my fingers to be able to write anywhere and ship it away into the universe without no touch on the phone. Be able to do it all digital without any large device. I’m curious how much of a robot you can become. And what this means in terms of evolution. And what it will mean to be a human
Leagoo M9 is a new smartphone with very modern design. It comes with a dual rear camera. On the front you can see a display with a bezel-less display.
Main specs: 5.5 inch Display, IPS screen type, 1280×640 pixel resolution, Android 7.0 Nougat, MT6580A Chipset, Quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz, Mali-400 GPU clocked at 500MHz, 2GB of RAM, 16GB Internal storage, TF card support up to 32GB, 3G support and Gorilla Glass 3 screen protection!
There is a lot going on when it comes to the cameras on Leagoo M9. First it comes with dual front cameras with: 5.0MP + 2.0MP and then on rear side you get 8.0MP + 2.0MP lens! Also features Dual Flash with CMOS.
Something I find a bit boring with this device is no 4G speeds or 128GB TF card support. That it only goes up to 32GB might be a bit too little for many people. In terms of thickness this phone is 9.75mm! Which is a bit thicker than most would enjoy.
But what this phone has going for it is the amazing low price and that it comes with super cool design that is sleek and modern. In terms of design this phone can compete with expensive phones from Apple and Samsung.
The display is a full-screen border-less display with 18:9 aspect ratio. The screen-to-body ratio is 80%. It also comes with fingerprint unlock that can unlock the device in 0.1s. Also features a double curved body that is super slim.
On the rear side of Leagoo M9 you get a metal ring that adds and gives the phone some amazing style. They done a super well job on rear design.
The front facing camera comes with F/2.4 aperture and 1.65um*1.65*um pixel size. Quad cameras in total on this phone! The softlight selfie on front will give you better selfies at night time.
Vernee Active is a new smartphone which will compete against Nokia 7 and Samsung Galaxy A3 2017 when it comes to pricing. This is an active phone perfect for a person running around a lot or a person doing a lot of sports.
Main specs: 5.5 inch Display, JDI In-cell type, FHD 1080×1920 pixels, Android 7.0 Nougat, MT6737 Helio P25 Chipset, Processor clocked at 2.39GHz, Mali-T880-MP2 GPU for 3D graphics, 6GB of RAM, 128GB Internal storage, TF card support up to 128GB, Type-C earphone port, 8.0MP Front camera, 16.0MP Back camera and 4200mAh Battery!
I really enjoy the high-end specs here on Vernee Active. In charging it comes with Quick Charge 9V/2A. It’s 11.2mm in thickness and with a weight just below 200 grams. You also get a fingerprint scanner, OTG support and NFC technology. The NFC will be great for mobile payments or transfers.
The specs on the rear camera is: SONY IMX258, PDAF auto-focus, Two-tone flash and video recording 1080p at 30fps. I really wish it had support for 2K and 4K mobile recording.
The shell is made by CNC/Glass. Maybe not the best to use glass on an active phone. It comes with Dual SIM and Dual Standby. But one real cool thing is they also used kevlar military material for back case. It makes it look extremely stylish. Combined with the aluminium alloy + TPU anti-dropping structure. It also features 2.5D double curved screen.
Vernee Active is also great phone in heat and cold. It can deal with -30 degree and 60 degree heat. It’s also 99% dustproof. 6 sides drop resistance. The design of the phone reminds me of ASUS Predator laptops. You really could see they put in some work when they designed the phone. The global networks supports 6 mode and 28 bands.
I think lots of people will buy this smartphone for it’s all around amazing specs. And it’s more fun in design than Galaxy A3 and Galaxy A5 2017 editions.
Bluboo D2 is a new entry Android smartphone. It comes with a dual camera on the rear side. The front side reminds me about Samsung Galaxy S2. The back reminds me a bit about Huawei Honor 8.
Main specs: 5.2″ Display, SHARP HD screen, 1280×720 pixels, Gorilla Glass 3 screen protection, Dual SIM Dual Standby, Aluminium alloy body, Colours: Black, Gold, Dark Blue, Android 6.0 Marshmallow, MTK6580A Chipset, Quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz, 1GB of RAM, 8GB Internal storage, TF card up to 128GB, 5.0MP Front camera, 5.0MP Back camera and 3300mAh Battery!
Btw the battery in the software will display 8.0MP. Bluboo D2 comes with standard USB 2.0. It would be very cool if it had 4G but only 3G speeds. 8.6mm thickness is generous for this price range and I would even say the battery is mega kind at this low price. It will last a very long time. Another epic thing about the battery is how you can detach it!
In Bluetooth version you get 4.0, wish it was at least 4.2. This phone comes with a standard 3.5mm audio jack. This phone comes as well with a home button. I really enjoy the sleek front design. You usually don’t get a phone this well designed for this price range. It’s better phone to buy than the new feature phone Nokia 3310.
The Mali 400 GPU in Bluboo D2 will be great for playing games with. Mali GPUs are famous for performing extremely well. Would be nice if it had Android 7.0 Nougat but it’s only having the earlier version 6.0. So it won’t have the new updated user interface.
Another great thing is how you get GPS support. Perfect if you are exploring different countries and get lost sometimes. This will detect where you are and showing you the closest city!
E&L W8 is a new smartphone that comes with some interesting specs. Earlier today I talked about 2 other similar phone variants from the same company.
Main specs: 5.5 inch Display, 720p screen resolution, Android 6.0, MTK6753 Chipset, Octa-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz, Mali-T720 MP3 GPU, 2GB of RAM, 16GB Internal storage, 128GB TF card expand option, 8.0MP Rear camera, 5.0MP Front camera, 3000mAh Battery and 205 grams in weight!
E&L W8 is a very thick phone with 14.2mm in thickness. More thicker than earlier phones from same company. What stands out with this device is how it comes with IP68 certification. Something that other companies only gives you for around 300 euro. So it’s great if you are on a budget and need something water resistant. In colours it’s available in a Black/Yellow edition. I wish they had some more colours available.
I highly enjoy how it supports speedy 4G connection. Also you get Dual SIM support perfect for the traveler that need local SIM.
The main camera comes with F/2.0 aperture for great detailed photos. The front facing camera comes with wide angle great for selfies with many people. This phone reminds me about Xcover phone from Samsung.
It’s great how we are getting so many new phones from low-end phone companies. There really is no point in investing tons of money buying a high-end phone these days. There is no magical feature that you get in expensive phones. The low-end phones these days many even offers you facial recognition to unlock your smartphone with your face. 2017 was the year of more all-screen displays and dual camera phones. But it’s mainly just gimmick features that you don’t really need.
Do you like E&L W8 or is there any critical feature that you see missing that you would love to see on the next generation?
