Nubia Z9 Elite Edition has an edge-to-edge bezel less screen. It leaves some space on top and bottom and features a home button with classic Nubia tiny style.
Main specs: 5.2 Inch display, 4GB of RAM, 64GB Internal storage, Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 Chipset, Octa-core processor 4x cortex A57 clocked at 2.0GHz and 4x cortex A53 clocked at 1.5GHz, Adreno 430 GPU, AK4961 HiFi Audio chips and 4G connectivity.
The special thing about Z9 Elite Edition is the perfect close detail and the full metal middle frame + no border design. It features 0.7mm 31 degree slim highlights chamfering. On both sides you get double sided 2.5D glass.
The SHARP display is FHD and has screen tech CGS with 90% saturation and screen resolution of 1920×1080.
The camera you get inside is first a SONY 16.0MP OIS rear camera and SONY 8.0MP front facing camera. It comes with Nubia NEO vision 5.1. I like how the rear camera has an elegant red round border.
The deeper specs on the rear camera is: f/2.0 aperture, Blue glass IR filter and 6 Chip precision optical lens. You can tweak the white balance on various points when taking a new photo.
The phone comes with a premium high-end design that combines both metal and glass. So it will compete with iPhone X and Galaxy Note 8 in feel in hand.
The Android version is also a little bit old for late 2017. It’s only running on Android 5.0 Lollipop.
Another thing that’s interesting about Z9 Elite Edition is the heavy weight 192 grams and 8.9mm thickness so it will have a premium heavy feel in hand.
The battery size is 2900mAh which isn’t super impressive but nice for a Nubia device. Most people buying Nubia does it for the premium feel in hand and unique look.
