ZTE Nubia N1 Lite is a tiny little budget smartphone. Nubia got cool high-end devices but just as Samsung they also create low-end smartphones.
Main specs on N1 Lite: 5.5 inch 1280×720 resolution Display, Fingerprint reader below rear camera, 2GB of RAM, 16GB Internal storage, MTK6737 Quad-core processor, 4G, 13MP rear camera + 8MP front camera, 3000mAh Battery and Triple card slots for 2 SIM cards or 1 SIM card + 1 microSD card up to 128GB.
The most striking thing for me with Nubia N1 Lite is it’s beautiful design. And that it comes at a similar price you could get UHANS Note 4 makes it even better. It has a golden ring around fingerprint reader and red ring around rear camera, you can also see gold ring around the border of the smartphone. All these small details shows that ZTE truly cares about creating a well designed phone for an affordable price.
On the bottom of the display you get three keys Return, Home and Menu. On right side of phone you get Volume Keys and Power Button. The speaker is located at the back on the bottom. Which might not be the best placement especially if you put your phone down.
This phone comes with Mali-T720 GPU so you will probably be able to get some great gaming out of this device. You can see they saved in on internal storage and RAM when building this device. You may want to look at other options with 3GB or 4GB RAM. But then you usually won’t get the beautiful Nubia design.
The shell material is in plastic so will feel like an old Samsung phone. You get Android 6.0 installed. The processor comes with 4x A53 cores. And yes if you truly want more memory for games then you can just buy an extended card. This phone gets almost 29,000 in AnTuTu benchmark version 6.3.5.
They don’t offer you a skin on top of Android it looks like it comes with vanilla version. But again it’s not running on latest Android 7.0. But I think most people won’t worry too much about that. The phone reminds me a little bit a Meizu designed phones.
